  • Click the "Schedule" button at the top of this page and choose an available time for the first (60 min) or follow-up (30 min) appointment. Fill out the form with your information and complete the requested prepayment. You will receive a confirmation e‑mail with further details (check your spam folder). Appointments will be automatically canceled if payment is not made within the indicated timeframe.

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for a refund or rescheduling. In case of no-show or cancellation within the last 24 hours, there will be no refund. Instructions provided in the appointment confirmation email.

  • The online consultation takes place via videocall using the platform iMed (https://imed.pt), a secure software designed for healthcare services, ensuring privacy and confidentiality. An email with the access link will be sent at the day and time set for the start of the appointment (you may need to check your spam folder).

  • Consultations can be done in either portuguese or english.
